Foreword

Every word i use in my writings but do not define below retains its current dictionary definitions unless they contradict the Definition, in which case the Definition stands as the authoritative definition. For English-language words i consult the American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, 5th edition, the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the Oxford American Dictionary, which came loaded on my computer and has useful etymologies and examples; and the OED, all on my phone or computer. The Glossary is not a dictionary, because it lacks pronunciation guides, examples of usage, illustrative artwork and etymologies. By this criterion, the Oxford American and the OED are not complete, because they lack the artwork. The Definitions are only starting points. They are the best God has been able to find in this part of God’s mind that my mind is, and only up to the point of the most recent review.
