improvements since the immediately preceding review: Eliminated every mention of Ms. Kirti Sue Withrow throughout. 6/21/2022, 19:26: inserted “spray them with cyanide mist or” before “shoot them dead”, having realized suddenly that i had neglected to bring this sentence into line with my decision of about a week ago to make spraying with cyanide mist THE Government’s method of execution, instead of a point-blank shot with a 9 mm or equivalent slug between the eyes. 7/13/2022: Substituted “government” for “system” and “Government” for “System” throughout. Corrected the section on my security: i will rely ONLY ON GOD, thus PRIMARILY on God IN MYSELF for my security.

For hygiene and to facilitate manual work and wearing shoes, we will clip our nails at the latest whenever their free edges grow beyond our finger- or toe tips, but more often if desired.

To conserve resources and spare those allergic to scents or dyes, all cleaning products, thus from personal to household to industrial, shall be unscented and dye-less.

We will prefer 24-hour time, because this is more efficient than having to specify “a.m.” or “p.m.”. To convert a p.m. time into its 24-hour equivalent, add 12 to it. In telling time, we will prefer to say, for instance for 10 p.m., “22”, not “22 hundred hours”, unless the military considers that doing so internally is necessary for clarity in communication.

We will cremate the dead, including all animals lower than people, and use their ashes as fertilizer, or their cadavers for anatomical study. Not cremating or removing a corpse for study as soon as possible after death shall be a misdemeanor. The only permitted form of mourning shall be Work, because all we can do for the dead is all God must drive us to do to Resurrect them all, thus in Heaven, and therefore all else is empty, pure symbolism, consumes time and other resources, such as materials for caskets and grounds for burial, and is thus harmful to the dead and thus to ourselves and thus to God as well.

There shall be no cosmetic surgery except to remove excess skin resulting from major fat loss, because this skin would be an impediment to bodily movement, and there shall be no cosmetics or perfume, thus also no deodorant. There shall continue to be orthodontics, to ensure that teeth are so spaced as to allow flossing, and to enhance beauty.

We will publish news online only, World news in English translated into every other language during the transition to the moment when everyone reads fluently in English, and we will title it simply “The News”. Newscasts are inefficient: viewing photographs and video as illustrations of what one is reading is faster, and allows the viewer to go back to reread or to look at images again. To this end, and as part of Education in general, every person shall have a computer.

The only way to practice the Religion is and shall be to Work. Therefore, we will engage in no activities outside of Work, because by Definition, these would all be hindrances, obstacles, impediments, to God’s creation of Heaven, and thus to our living There. However, as long as someone wants to practice some other religion, such as by attending its services, so in a house or houses of worship, or to gather in homes or other places to worship, or to try to proselytize other than through the media, she or he may do so, but she or he shall read what i have written and published, both on the Religion, on her or his religion and on other religions, and discuss her or his disagreement or disagreements with these writings of mine per the Duty to discuss disagreements, set forth below. So it shall be a Duty of those who disagree with the Religion to discuss these disagreements until either they come around to the Religion or they persuade me, who alone and unless i say otherwise have the authority to, to change the Religion. Unless someone better qualified emerges, i am the supreme arbiter on Religious, as well as on all other, disagreements pertaining solely to the Religion, thus to the Government and thus to the Program, to the Law, that are not resolved fast enough for those involved at levels lower than the top one: mine. Accordingly, all schools giving instruction in other religions shall make study of the Religion mandatory. We will shut down all schools that do not do so.

I am sure that i am and shall be, maybe increasingly, i much fear, resented unto hatred or even Hatred for being God’s most favored in mind for the purpose of coordinating the activities of all, this is, to lead the people of the World; this is the gift i believe i am unexcelled in at least for now. I believe every human has such a gift, one she or he is unexcelled in, and that all such gifts come solely from God, so others far excel me in giftedness for other purposes, at lower levels of organization of the World, and resented or even hated or Hated as well for all the mistakes i have made and shall make, the people i have offended and shall offend, by the five people i have physically hurt in my life, for the festering rage that disagreements the disagreer does not know how to express the reason or reasons for engender, for my opinions on religion and on sex, for the measures i propose to replace with Lawful life all crime, hence all organized crime, and hence, for example, human and arms trafficking and drug addiction, and with it the drug trade, for good, for all the people whom we would execute or who would otherwise die under the Government, and even just for the way i look or sound, for my race or my ethnicity, and i don’t know for what other reason or reasons. The four people i have physically hurt in my life have been, in chronological order:

I: Sharon Feldman in the second grade, whom i stabbed with a sharp pencil in the upper left arm, as i passed her while she sat at her desk, for being Jewish, at a time when i was a fervent Nazi, even at that tender age;

II: Daniel Salazar, also in the second grade, whom i beat up one day as we played on the basketball court (though not basketball). Danny was the scrawny little nerd son of a Colombian man and had an extremely penetrating and irritating high-pitched voice along with a habit he was notorious and intensely resented for, even among the teachers, of exasperated outbreaks of petulance, so much so that at the very next parent-teachers’ night at Saint John’s after my abuse of Danny, one of my teachers laughingly took the intiative in recounting to Mother how the teachers had exulted as they saw me visit on poor little genius Danny the general opprobrium of young and old alike: i had done to him what they’d all been hankering to do all along! Shocking!

III: Jose Castrillon, my best friend at the time in junior high school when i began to punch him on the face because he had outmaneuvered me in a game of chess; i kept punching him as we both got up from the table where we had been playing and ran to the playground to continue the fight, with me doing all of the punching and him trying to parry my blows and crying, with tears streaming down his cheeks, because i, his best friend, was abusing him so;

IV: Barbara Isasi, fellow cadre of Communist Party USA, Provisional, and my senior in age and length of membership, whom i punched one night once on the lips and applied a painful Aikido wrist hold to to force her to lie back down and continue sleeping as most of the rest of the cadres were;

and finally:

V: Dana Simon, another fellow communist cadre and not only my senior in age and in years of membership in the Party, but a superior officer to boot; i punched him repeatedly on the face as he lay sleeping to wake him up one morning.

I will regret these assaults, along with all the rest of my offenses and mistakes, for the rest of my life unless God creates Heaven before i die or i otherwise lose my memory of them. The resentment and hatred or even Hatred of me that i have given the chief examples of i can think of now arises because we all, i believe, yearn for, because God drives us toward it, even if unconsciously, the total equality we would all enjoy in Heaven, Where we would all be equally favored by God in both body and mind and Where God would reign supreme with only All of Us together, at the same Time, and on the same level, as subordinates. I am the first who is seeking a leader superior to me, for then our chance of reaching Heaven faster would be better, and all i want is to live in Heaven. If such a human exists or shall, God will promote her or him from whatever position she or he occupies now anywhere in the World, or shall occupy, to outshine me and thus to attract to him or to her the attention and obedience that God now focuses on me, and i will welcome ecstatically being thus replaced. God is always trying to do better, and i regret the pain that my God-arranged hegemony causes and shall continue to cause unless God creates Heaven. Everything that has ever existed, exists now and shall exist unless God creates Heaven has been, is and shall remain just a kludge, a makeshift, God muddling through, and if God creates Heaven, it shall all come out in the “wash” of the Universe that would be the creation of Heaven, the Wash. Thus passes the glory of the World!

Despite all the hate against me that i am sure, for at least the reasons i have given, exists and shall continue to exist, and even increase the more widely known i become, i believe that Evil will not negate me, because as God’s foremost servant and messenger i am the best hope for God’s finding Enough Means, and i believe Evil only negates the unNecessary: things that are not Means. So i am convinced that i shall be neither assassinated, otherwise mentally incapacitated nor torture, but only as long as i continue serving only God. I believe that if i lose consciousness permanently, such as through death, before a leader superior to me emerges or God creates Heaven, God is doomed. God is right now in the process of training me and arming me so i can at the very least be the God-hard CORE of my OWN security. I will choose ALL staff strictly on a combination of Religious and technical qualifications, so on the optimal mix of proficiency in the Religion, first, and then in their field of specialization. I will accord Religious qualification much more weight, because God can drive a more Religious person to catch up with and then excel in technical skill an initially technically superior one unimaginably fast due to the Believer’s far more powerful motivation. In the case i consider extremely unlikely that i find two or more candidates equally qualified, i will pick those from the most disadvantaged races in the United States of America in descending order by degree of disadvantage, so First Americans first (anyone born in America is a native American, so also indigenous, but i think “Native Americans” were here first, which is why i think “First Americans” is what we should call them), then non-Hispanic Blacks, then Black and Brown Hispanics, then West Asians, then South Asians, then East Asians, and finally Whites, including White Hispanics, like me; and among these races, women first and men second, counting transgender women as women and transgender men as men. Among all races, i will choose in descending order by darkness of skin, so darkest first and lightest last. Among White women, i will pick the dark-haired and -eyed first and proceed in descending order by darkness of these colorations, so blue-eyed blondes last, because White blue-eyed blonds and blondes have been the most privileged race in history, although also the primary victims of the Crime (see the Chapter the Crime, on the Website), so in this sense the most under-privileged, the most oppressed. But in the to-me inconceivable extreme case that i ended up with an all-Nordic staff (the Aryans were an ancient people of Northern India, not Europe, so dark-skinned, -haired and -eyed, the opposite of Nordics, whom the Nazis mis-named “Aryans”; the swastika was a symbol the true Aryans used widely, nearly obsessively; “swastika” is a Sanskrit word, comprising the particles “su”, meaning “well, good”, “asti”, “to be”, and “ka”, “sign”: putting it all together: “the sign of well-being”; Sanskrit was the language of the true Aryans, and to make the irony complete, the foremost non-Indian World scholars on Sanskrit and the religion of the Aryans, Hinduism, were Germans, led by Kiel University Professor Doctor Paul Deußen), then this would be best, because i would be sure they would be the best for the Job: to find Enough Means, for if we can bring about Heaven fastest led solely by Nordic women, then this is best; if solely by Black women, then this is best; if only by men, so not by any women at all, then this is best! And so on! Unto everlasting happiness—or the only other possibility: everlasting death. How we get to Heaven is irrelevant as long as we get There fastest. What i have written above about my provisional willingness to waive the requirement of Belief as qualification for employment by me in regard to the Secret Service shall apply equally to my choice and retention of all other presidential and vice-presidential staff, so to all those who shall come in contact regularly with me.

I encourage all to refer to me as they want, free of the fear of causing offense. If someone insults me, i think i Need to know why, because the reason may be sound. So there shall be no crime of lèse majesté. Instead, insulting us—or anyone else—shall be a misdemeanor, to leave the insulter no choice but to discuss the reason or reasons for her or his insult. Since the goal of imprisonment would be to elicit this discussion, if the insulter explains her- or himself before imprisonment, there shall be no imprisonment. All i consider myself to be is the supreme leader, with a small l, of the World, immediately under God, Which is the Leader, with a capital l, and my sole superior unless i acknowledge otherwise.

The only outward sign of Religious belief is and shall continue to be perceptible Work, so the Religion has no prescribed gestures, attire, symbol or symbols, such as colors; or such as a flag, or house or houses of worship, or any other external sign other than perceptible Work.

There shall continue to be medications for somatic conditions

(although the need for most such medications shall disappear, because the way of life of the Government shall banish most diseases, both bodily and mental),

but until further notice not for psychiatric ones; the latter because the cause of psychiatric disorders is Evil alone, and their cure begins with expressing them to their victims in terms of the Religion and within the context of life in the Government, thus not with substances to tamper with the enormous complexity of brain chemistry like raging bulls in china shops, much less within the context of the extreme ugliness and utter chaos that prevail in the World now. We may resort to psychotropic drugs, but only new ones and only after exhausting talk therapy built upon the foundation of the Government, and thus of the Religion, and therefore within the framework of satisfying all of our bodily and mental Needs, thus beginning with the struggle to Convert the patients, and then only to prevent them from perpetrating violence. We will restrain the violently mentally ill chemically, and physically only as necessary to administer the sedative. We will imprison them until they live by the Government continuously for one month, as if they were imprisoned for a misdemeanor, and all the rules of imprisonment laid out elsewhere Here shall apply equally to them.

As eyesight is indispensable to imagine Heaven, there shall continue to be eyeglasses, but no contact lenses, because these are wasteful, dramatically increase the odds of corneal scratching, and can become foci of bacterial growth. Research on giving sight to the blind shall continue.

We will release into the wild all zoo animals. As to pets: they take up time and other resources that we Need to save for Work instead, so for people’s Needs only, and they occupy our attention with demonstrations of love that are far inferior to those of humans, distracting us from the latter, which are Necessary. The greatest show of the greatest form of love, Love is to do, thus including to give, all of, thus only what, is Needed. No animal other than a person can do This. This is why i think people take precedence over all other animals. If we Love our pets, we will work for them to be resurrected as Humans, So in Heaven, This is: Resurrected. Any other time spent on them gets in the way of This goal, of the Goal. The same, except for the demonstrations of love, goes for ornamental plants. We will not water them any more or tend to them in any other way, and when they die, we will leave them in place. We will not consider armed-forces dogs, such as for bomb, drug and cadaver detection, pets. We will leave only enough pets and ornamental plants alive to prevent extinction of their species. However, those who despite these warnings want to keep pets and tend to plants may do so as long as they tend to them themselves or with others except for landscaping services, which shall all cease to operate. But there shall be no acquisition of pets and we will keep those now living from reproducing other than to prevent extinction. And no ornamental plants may be acquired nor any lawns watered. Those who decide to euthanize their pets will do so in the most painless manner possible and cremate their remains. Violence against animals other than to produce food during the transition to the Diet and afterward to feed those allergic to soy, and other than to hunt for sources of protein and fat when there are no others, shall be a felony. We will keep all animals we use primarily for scientific study, and anesthetize all such animals so they suffer no pain at any point when we conduct experiments on them, such as when lab rats are spun by their tails in preparation for certain procedures. If the anesthesia would ruin the experiment, we will not conduct the experiment.

There shall be no toys: we will treat all children as adults to the largest extent consistent with their cognitive abilities. I think that children naturally want to imitate adults and to follow their, children’s, other inclinations. They will Work as soon as they are able to, as much as they want to, and on what they want to consistent with the description of Work in this program. Children too, even as-yet nonverbal ones, are parts of the body and mind of God, and thus communicators of God’s messages, even if only through the sounds they make and their bodily movements, thus including facial expressions, because the face is a part of the body, and so a facial movement, such as an expression, is a bodily movement. We will integrate all children into the Enterprise, God’s struggle to create Heaven, as soon as they want to join It.

There shall be no games: everything before Heaven is a matter of Heaven or everlasting death, so not merely of life or death, and therefore serious, but allowing for humor as detailed below.

There shall be no celebrations or parties. Heaven would be the everlasting celebration and party, but unless God creates Heaven, God, and thus all living things there ever shall have lived, and thus all people, shall remain in danger of everlasting death, so our prevailing mood shall be serious: hopeful, but terrified. Besides, we do not know what of what we do is evil, so there is no cause to celebrate anything: it may prove to be or to have been evil. Accordingly, we will treat all celebrations and parties as protests (see above). Although there shall continue to be cause to laugh and to rejoice at times, such as when we interact with others, because God can be funny and can feel joy, we will quickly snap back to our serious baseline. Gratitude also gives rise to an impulse to celebrate: i think gratitude is an automatic response of the mind whenever we think of the occurrence of something we think is good, or of the existence of something or of someone we think is good, and we all, i think, have in our thoughts at times events, objects or people we think are good, and so feel grateful for or to them. But because we shall not know whether these events, objects or people truly are good unless God creates Heaven by means of them, our gratitude may be mistaken. This does not negate the fact that we shall continue to feel gratitude at times. And giving thanks when we feel grateful makes both the giver and the receiver happy. Thanking solely God, and if thanking a person, God in her or him, is what makes both God, the thanker and the receiver of the thanks, but only if she or he believes in God, even if not in the Religious definition of “God”, happiest. There shall be a Duty to express and explain in writing every disagreement one has with the Religion, thus with the Law, thus with the Program, and thus with the Government, for others to read and to discuss, so there shall be no Right to keep one’s own opinion to oneself if it differs from the Religion, and thus with the Program, and thus with the Law, and so on. Time permitting, writing is Necessary because through it God clarifies the writer’s thinking, Which means: God clarifies God’s own thinking, namely in that part of the mind of God that the writer’s mind is. It shall be a misdemeanor to keep to oneself either a disagreement or information one thinks another may Need but lacks, most especially if this other is me. The only exception to the Duty to write up and discuss disagreements shall be if time does not allow it or the disagreer does not yet know how to write. In the latter case, the disagreer will orally dictate or sign-dictate her or his disagreement for another to write. As to whether there is enough time to discuss the disagreement, the disagreer will defer to the judgement of the person on site she or he thinks has the most Knowledge about the subject of the disagreement. Whenever two people cannot, despite their best efforts, resolve a disagreement, they will refer it to someone they believe Knows more about the subject of the disagreement than they do. If this person is not able to resolve it, they will refer it to yet another whom they all respect as more authoritative than the 3 of them, and so on until the last remaining authority is me. At this point, the most authoritative person consulted up to then will email to me the documentation of disagreement, thus along with the arguments on all sides of it, and i intend to Pray on it and respond in writing as soon as i think i can, and if i am delayed, i intend to give an estimate of when i will send back my answer and to explain the reason for the delay as grounds for appeal in case the submitter thinks the answer to the disagreement takes precedence over the reason i give for the delay. However, my answer to such an appeal shall be final. But if higher Necessity bars me from responding in the manner i have stated, the submitter will resign him- or herself to the pain of having to proceed with other Work while waiting Prayerfully based on the trust she or he has in me. And if there is no such trust, then this in itself shall be cause for documentation and discussion, as it may be that there is good reason not to trust me.

Anyone who thinks she or he knows something i need to know but may not will write it up and discuss it with another she or he thinks Knows more. If this other agrees i should know it and may not, she or he will pass it on to a person she or he thinks Knows more, and so on until this Knowledge, if It is, reaches me. If i agree that it is Knowledge and that i Need and did not have It, i intend to email back to the originator my thanks to God in her or him for the input, whether i was aware of It or not, and if i disagree, i intend to follow the procedure i have detailed above for responding to unresolved disagreements. Because before Heaven, Where i believe we would all know at once what the rest of us thought, anything anyone Knows no one else, thus including me, may Know, it is possible that anyone may think of a Means that no one else, not even i, shall think of, so that if the person in whose mind God has conceived this Means does not communicate It to others, the Means, and thus God’s chance to create Heaven, may be lost forever.

Some people’s gender (see the Glossary) differs from their sex, and this causes intense pain. These people will rechannel this pain into Work in the hope of making it to Heaven, Where their gender would be the same as their sex: what they want to be is what they would be. For this reason, and because we Need to concentrate—ration!—medical resources on conditions affecting more people than transgenders, and on more serious conditions than the mental torment of transgenders, all sex reassignment surgery, such as genital alteration, vocal-chord surgery and Adam’s apple removal, and all sex-reassignment hormone treatment, as well as all research to advance the technology for such treatments, shall cease as of the moment we establish the Government, if we do. In specific in regard to genital reassignment, it has not become feasible to exactly reproduce genitals and thus their sexual responses, and barring this feasibility a person cannot orgasm, the culmination of sexual pleasure, with her or his new genitals as she or he could if they were her or his organic ones, depriving the genitally reassigned of this link i think a top necessity for God to create Heaven. However, we will refer to everyone with the personal pronouns of her or his choice and in all other respects treat every person according to her or his gender, only except that because many people are offended by a person of a different sex using a bathroom with them, people will use the bathrooms intended for their sex, not their gender. If this prejudice disappears, this prohibition shall end.

Terms of address shall be as at present, so “Mr.”, “Mrs.”, “Miss”, “Ms.”, “Dr.”, “Sir”, “Ma’am”, “Professor”, and so on, but we will use no honorifics, such as “Your Majesty” and “Your Honor” unless someone feels driven to use them. But we will discourage this as a form of glorification and praise of something other than God, their sole proper object, as well as unNecessarily time-consuming. It is simply immeasurably more pleasurable to glorify and praise God than anything else.

We will rechannel into Work, Which is the most effective show of love and Love, our desire to express love or Love physically, except with children and for sex, such as through handshakes, fist, elbow or body bumps; hugs, caresses, kisses, pats and loving slaps and punches. The exception for children is because children Need bodily expressions of love or Love for God in them to develop their maximal potential for good, and to give them memories of these physical demonstrations to yearn for if they grow up, so through this yearning God will drive them to Work in the hope of enjoying forever the unsurpassable physical demonstrations of Love we would all give and receive in Heaven. However, despite this warning, those who cannot refrain from expressing their love or Love physically may do so; it shall not be a crime. But Believers will not initiate bodily contact other than to show love or Love to children and to protect. If others initiate it, Believers will respond in kind, in order to spare the others’ feelings, unless the contact is sexual, in which case, if the other is not a child or the Believer’s spouse the Believer will disengage as fast as possible and leave. We will greet each other simply by term of address and/or name, last if we want to show more respect, without terms of endearment or other salutations, and we will express our gratitude through Action, rather than in words except to God in our minds, by thinking: “God! I thank Thee alone for [what you are thanking God for].” If we want to thank another, we will think: “God! What must Thou drive me to do to show Thee in this person my gratitude in the best way?” This shall usually lead to some action other than saying “Thank you” or even the far superior, because more accurate “God in me thanks God in you”. And when thanking God, it is best always to specify, again, in our minds only, what we are thanking God for. The response to a person who thanks God out loud shall be to say to him or to her words to the effect of: “What will you do to show God your gratitude through your actions other than speech? In other words: what do you think you Need to do next?” Despite all this, whenever a person thinks expressing gratitude by saying “Thank you” or any variation of this is Necessary, she or he may do so.

In regard to the coronavirus pandemic, the Government’s goal in regard to all people is to promote the level of health we need in order to live by the Program, because anyone may be the locus in whom God shall find a Means. So we Need to minimize deaths in general, and so also from the pandemic in specific, but consistent with the Need to lower the population of the World in order to buy ourselves, thus God, time. So if some do not want intensely enough to live not to risk dying of the virus to the extent of not vaccinating themselves, we will let them run this risk. There would not be enough prison space to criminalize refusal to get vaccinated (or to mask), and non-vaccination is not an offense worthy of execution. I see no reason to doubt the statistics supporting the conclusion that the vaccine lowers the risk of hospitalization and death due to the pandemic. The conversations as to people’s refusal to get vaccinated or to mask must be one on one to minimize the risk of egos getting inflamed. And i doubt we’ll have enough Believers to engage in them. There are other, more fundamental conversations we Need to have, relating to the risk to the survival of all people and why we Need to survive, this is, relating to the reason to live: to enjoy Heaven. We will keep the vaccines we produce solely for those living under the Government, so here in the United States and in other countries establishing It. Those who are not motivated solely by the desire to live in Heaven shall lack the Necessary reason to act as they Need to. Without this reason we cannot save them other than by leaving them be and focusing on what God must drive us to do to create Heaven, the only way to Save them all, for good. As to the risk of contagion from them, those with the Necessary will to live will take—because we shall want to, this requires no mandate—all the Necessary precautions: vaccination, masking and hand and face hygiene, which includes disinfection of frequent-hand-contact surfaces. Not distancing, because infection can occur at distances “much greater than six feet. Particles from an infected person can move throughout an entire room or indoor space. The particles can also linger in the air after a person has left the room – they can remain airborne for hours in some cases,” according to my google search on this question. I am not aware of any doubt as to this finding, so i see no need yet for further research into it on my part. I will reconsider my position if significant countervailing findings come to my attention and if i think the matter requires my attention when they do. As to masking, there is disagreement in the scientific community on its effectiveness. But when in doubt, i err on the safe side, so i mask, but only when indoors in public places. As to those infected, administration to all of them of therapeutic drugs shown to work is Necessary, and therefore so is producing and distributing them. As to lockdowns, in the Government most people shall be staying at home most of the time anyway, leaving only for the “essential”: the Necessary, so we cannot cut down any further on these trips. We will all Work, thus also study, from home as much as our Work allows.

In general, we will conserve resources in order to ensure that every person on the Planet lives according to the Program, applying to all resource use a criterion of scarcity, so continuously striving to shave down our consumption strictly to what we think Necessary, but also to no less, thus cutting down to only the surface of the skin, thus not all the way down to the bone, because this would be deadly.

If God establishes the Government, we will forbid all settling of scores, revenge, reprisals, retaliation, so, for example: no firing squads, no hangings, no guillotines or any such thing, no attacks on centers of worship of religions other than the Religion, nor burning of books, toppling or removal of statues, replacement of flags, nor destruction of unNecessary objects, only recycling or abandonment. All of these behaviors shall be felonies. And we will take the time to relocate or throw out exclusively those objects taking up space we Need for Objects. Everyone will voluntarily obey the Law, and there shall be be only imprisonment or execution for violating It, in order to optimize the chance that the imprisoned or executed, Thus with all the rest of us, shall make it to Heaven, the ultimate reward, so in place of punishment.

Consuming more than one Needs, taking something one does not Need, which shall be the misdemeanor of stealing; not exercising without good reason, not studying, disturbing the peace, refusing to discuss a disagreement, in writing if the involved person the other or others involved think most Knowledgeable thinks there is time for it; refusing to discuss something one thinks one Knows and that others do not, in writing if the involved person the other or others involved think most Knowledgeable thinks there is time for it; and in general action other than Work and all other offenses i have categorized as misdemeanors elsewhere in the Program, as well as any others i add, shall be misdemeanors.

Being a sadist shall be a felony, and we will start to execute sadists even before establishing the Government. Refusing to read what i have written and published, refusing to learn to read, speak and write English, thus both even while imprisoned; murder, rape, in general all violence other than to enforce the Law, so also other than violence in self defense; sex with a minor as i have specified, making or having child pornography, not turning in a weapon, physical violence in violation of the Law, such as taking up a weapon to violate the Law, thus even while the attacker is in prison, and thus excluding Lawful violence: that done in self defense or Lawfully by members of the armed forces; destruction of property, threatening to perpetrate bodily harm or to destroy property, introducing one or more controlled substances into the United States, dealing (see Glossary) one or more controlled substances in the United States, entering the United States to introduce other contraband; all the offenses i have categorized as felonies elsewhere in the Program and any others i add shall be felonies, and the Government’s response to a felony shall be to expose to a cyanide mist any exposed skin on the body of the person to be executed, optimally unbeknownst to this person, and we will select as executioners those who can kill mechanically, completely dispassionately, totally indifferently, and so who can do in VAST NUMBERS OF PEOPLE with ABSOLUTELY NO PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA to themselves. And this shall be even more so when they know what they are doing is the ONLY POSSIBLE, AND INDISPENSABLE, ACT of SUPREME LOVE in relation to felons as possible after conviction. The best examples I know of such ABSOLUTE GENIUS for MERCIFUL EXECUTION are the Gambino Family enforcer Mr. Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski and the Colombo Family enforcer Mr. Anthony Salvatore Luciano “Cigars” Raimondi. We will execute anyone wasting time or engaging in sadism by torturing convicted felons before shooting them to death. Executioners will interact with the felons they are going to execute in no way other than to spray them with cyanide mist or shoot them dead, so they will waste not time saying anything to them, no matter what the convicts say or otherwise do. Conviction shall be unappealable, for we will err on the side of deterrence and of conserving resources to meet the Needs only of the best humans, of those wholeheartedly obeying the Law. The News shall report on the number of deaths, for Education, Which includes deterrence. For this purpose, guards will keep a written count of all executed felons, as much as possible stating their names. All trials shall be bench trials, and there shall be a trial of everyone accused of a felony. Subject to revision ultimately by me, current United States Federal laws, regulations and rules on criminal procedure, especially with regard to the adversarial government and the rules of evidence, shall remain in effect, but without the concept of punishment, for execution shall be an act of Love, as the continued existence of a felon in this life threatens our, thus her or his, chance of making it to Heaven, through the diversion of resources from the Law-abiding and from minor violators to those who commit major violations of the Law.

The army will repress all riots with deadly force regardless of the number of resulting dead and wounded and execute all survivors. The army will transport to crematoria the corpses of all those it executes. For this purpose the army will surround all rioters so as to allow none to escape execution. The goal of this repression shall be to end the riot as fast as possible and to deter any future one. Rioting and planning to riot shall be felonies, as shall be all looting. There shall be a soldier armed with an automatic weapon at the exit of every food store to shoot dead anyone who tries to force her or his way out with more food than she or he Needs as attested in her or his official Diet plan, thus whether formal or only provisional. Such behavior shall be looting, and thus a felony.

Only adults shall serve in the armed forces. This is because the maturity of the prefrontal cortex is indispensable to superiors’ and subordinates’ equally indispensable ability to anticipate sufficiently the consequences of issuing and obeying orders, respectively, and also because they need all the years of experience with life before, if they are old enough to have lived then, and in the Government, if we establish It, to have high enough morale for service.

Every subordinate shall have a Duty, which it shall be a misdemeanor to fail in, to inform a superior who gives her or him an order if she or he does not want to follow it of this fact, and to explain to the superior why unless the superior replies “Later, please”, in which case the subordinate shall resign her or himself to obey the order despite her or his disagreement with it out of the trust she or he has in the superior, and if there is no such trust, then the subordinate shall inform the superior of this fact and explain why she or he does not trust her or him. Any retaliation by the superior for this act shall be a special case of the felony of suppressing Lawfully expressed dissent, and we will execute the superior. This Duty of subordinates is a corollary of the universal Duty to raise and to then converse on disagreements.

We will disperse all nonviolent public protest with non-deadly force just sufficient to effect fastest-possible dispersal: excessive force wastes time. Planning or bringing together a nonviolent public protest shall be a misdemeanor. The Necessary way to air disagreement shall be following the rules on disagreements i have set forth above. Protesting is a waste of time unless done in this way, and thus unaffordable. We will consider labor strikes protests unless they turn violent. All suppression of disagreement Lawfully expressed shall be a felony.

We will treat all nonviolent mass gatherings other than protests, such as concerts, rallies and events in theaters, as nonviolent protests, this is: disperse them with the least amount of force needed to effect fastest-possible dispersal. It is far more efficient, which includes safer, to enjoy music and theater, and to listen to and watch leaders speak, for example, virtually, via computer. This also minimizes the risks of spontaneously erupting violence and of stampedes. It also facilitates excretion and leaving an event before it ends for any other reason, at will, and saves the fuel of getting to and coming back from the event.

Although vandalizing or destroying a monument shall be a felony, it shall also be a felony to build or repair one. Worldwide study of history is a vastly more efficient way for vastly more people to learn from the mistakes and successes of the past than viewing a monument, which only a handful of people can do. It shall be a misdemeanor to display images of me or of anyone else in public or in private. This would be idolatrous. The only reason people Need to be familiar with our or anyone else’s physical appearance and with the sounds of our or anyone else’s voices is for identification.

In order to enforce the Law in full we shall need to dramatically increase the number of police officers in the country. To save the time of designing new uniforms and to prevent the waste of discarding the uniforms now in use, to dress all these new officers we will simply produce more uniforms of the types the existing police forces are already using, but without flag patches or headgear other than helmets when Needed, so no caps, as these serve no good purpose: the uniforms suffice for identification, and our allegiance shall be solely to God, so never again “to the flag of the United States of America”, nor to that of any other country, nor “to the republic for which it stands”, nor to any other country, all of which are monstrous idolatrous concepts, stark abominations, utterly hateful to God. From the establishment of the Government on, if we establish It, it shall be just “God!” so never again the dualistic and therefore heretical and idolatrous “God and country!” We will never again associate, pair, God with anything else, hence instead worship God in complete purity, integrity. However, we shall neither waste the time we would need in order to tear off existing flag patches nor ever again waste an instant on lowering flags now flying, never again at the end of a day only to raise them again on the following morning. This is empty ceremonial and idolatrous to boot.

The corrective treatment for a misdemeanor shall be imprisonment until the criminal obeys the Law inside the prison continuously for one month or succeeds in changing the Law and then in living continuously for one month by the new version of It, so as i amend It following her or his recommendation.

Anyone who wants above all to live by the Law but thinks she or he cannot without the external structure of imprisonment, and who thus wants to be imprisoned, will email the warden of the nearest prison for admittance to the facility, and if there is space, the warden will accept. The applicant will then go to the prison to begin her or his term of imprisonment, which shall be one month, renewable.

On the last day of a prison term the warden will send a staff member to escort the prisoner to the vehicle that shall transport her or him to wherever the released prisoner chooses. We will not hold imprisonment against anyone. Everyone shall get a fresh start as of the moment we imprison her or him.

Imprisonment shall usually follow three direct orally or sign-spoken warnings by anyone, thus of any age, witnessed by any other person, as close to the time of the offense as possible. The warner and the witness will both document on their personal computers each warning as soon as they give it, thus automatically time-stamping it. There shall be only three warnings. As soon as possible after the third warning, the warner will email the warden of the nearest prison a report of her or his having given the third warning, and the warden will dispatch two armed corrections officers to apprehend the warned and to transport her or him to the prison. Physically resisting apprehension by a member of the armed forces shall be a felony. I think it so unlikely that two persons living by the Law will lie officially about having given or witnessed the three warnings as to obviate having to establish a judicial process to determine guilt or innocence of the presumedly warned. In any case, in the to-me inconceivable case that the allegedly warned has not been warned, there shall be only gain for this person, as in prison she or he shall reinforce the healing, and i hope Healing, disciplines of life according to the Law.

As soon as possible after imprisonment, a member of the prison staff who is a Believer and well versed in the Religion, thus in what i have written and published on the Website, will start to meet with the prisoner once every 24 hours to converse with the prisoner until the prisoner converses with the member of the staff about why she or he is violating the Law. These conversations shall continue until the prisoner serves out her or his term, and shall be interrupted only by the satisfaction of bodily Needs, foundational mental Needs, and to study what i shall have written and published, in this order, Which come before all else, so for both the prisoner and the staff member. It may be that from these conversations a Need to change the Law shall become apparent to the member of the staff. If so, this staff member will try to persuade the imprisoned to submit to the nearest person the staff member considers better able to judge whether there may be a Need to change the Law, in writing, the reason or reasons the prisoner and, by then, the prison staff member involved, think the Law should be changed, and what this change should be. If the prisoner does not know how to write or cannot due to a physical disability, the staff member who has been conversing with the prisoner will transcribe and improve the proposal, discussing the improvements with the prisoner to see if she or he agrees and documenting any unresolved disagreement(s). If the prisoner does not want to submit the proposal, the staff member will do so. To save paper and speed up editing and transmission, the staff member will record everything only on a computer and not print any of this record. The rules i have set forth above on how to handle. disagreement shall apply here; to state this is redundant, but i do so for clarity. He or she who is imprisoned or jailed at the moment we establish the Government, if we do, shall serve a term of imprisonment, this is: one month of continuous observance of the Law while in prison. We will allow all those imprisoned one-hour weekly visits from whomever they choose who also wants to visit them. To save space, there shall be only one adult visitor and at most one child. For anyone who is married, these visits may be conjugal, this is: the prisoner may have sex with her or his spouse during them.

What the Law does not forbid, so either expressly or by implication, the Law allows. When i specify prohibitions that are implicit in other parts of the Law, i do so only to illustrate and because our habits of deductive reasoning are faulty, so that we ask for constant reassurance about specifics even though we accept the generalities that include them. So by giving examples of prohibitions i do not mean that i prohibit only these objects or actions. There shall be no retroactive application of the Law. This is based on the Principle that God cares only about what we can do as of now to bring Heaven about, so not about any evil we have done, which means: that Evil has driven us to do. But the moment we establish the Government, if we do, is the “now” i am referring to, so we will respond to crimes committed as of the Government’s establishment, if It occurs. The chance to begin to act solely to bring Heaven about is the moment we establish the Government, so if instead of following the Law, if we establish It, a person violates It, the Government shall respond, either with imprisonment, for misdemeanors, or with execution, for felonies. But we shall all get a fresh start, as if nothing evil had happened. The order of the Laws does not imply that earlier ones are more important than later ones. Some are, some are not.

The Government is desirable only if it is the fastest, which is to say, the best, way for God to create Heaven, so if God finds a shortcut obviating It, a Shortcut, then God will try to immediately shift entirely to pursuing this better way, and so on with every new apparently faster path to Heaven until the final Shortcut: that Step That would enable God to create Heaven as soon as God discovered It.
